And so the second piece is really the impact of the lease classification. So because of the mid quarter, second quarter, we have a small lease reclassification. Again, a reduction of our adjusted EBITDA sequentially, but no impact to our EBITDA or our adjusted free cash flow. And then the performance expectations that we expect the five to ten million dollars is really we expect occupancy to increase and we expect to have normal seasonal impact on our rev pour and then as that occupancy increases we expect to leverage our fixed cost structure as well as have better expense management in the third quarter so If you saw the expense management that we showed in the second quarter, we expect to continue that in the third quarter.
