The Americas, as you know, through 2021, and this is true across the business, there was not much travel. There wasn't much client engagement directly, conferences and stuff like that. That activity has resumed pretty strongly in 2022. We've been very active meeting with our clients in person, attending conferences, other discretionary and variable costs like that have increased significantly after a couple of years of virtually shutting those kinds of costs down.

Stephen, we've been operating with a very disciplined approach for the last year and a half around the pandemic, and we've taken support costs out of the business, support staffing, and also obviously travel and meetings and events and stuff like that. Some of that activity is going to return in the back half of the year, and that's... included in our outlook, but certainly we don't expect the full amount of cost that we had prior to the pandemic to return.
