We have undertaken a number of measures to promote the health and safety of our employees, including implementing work from home arrangements for the portion of our workforce that typically works in the office, imposing travel restrictions and canceling in-person meetings, providing an additional five days paid time off to all of our employees, allowing flexible working hours to accommodate our employees who are taking care of children and other loved ones, and maintaining our workforce at pre-COVID-19 levels.
