I think the easiest way to think about it is in that $130 million of savings, about 20% are temporary costs which we took out of the business in 2023. Things like travel, marketing, those types of costs. If we did see the market continue to run at the same sort of levels all the way through next year, then obviously we would hold back on allowing any of those costs to come back into the business.

Those are discretionary spend, things like T&E, things like marketing, that sort of thing. And so you will see some savings there already actioned.

Other considerations, we do have some, the final piece of the savings as a result of COVID coming back in, so those are things like travel, but then offsetting that are, as I say, a continued focus on permanent next year.

So this year, obviously, we've been very focused on the temporary cost side and a whole variety of things, everything from travel and entertainment through furloughs, through government support, all that kind of stuff all goes into that.

I think some of the other, some of the savings we've put in T&E and events, I think will enable us to, there'll be some events that just probably don't pick up again and some efficiencies we're getting out of T&E.

In addition, the actions included a significant reduction in more temporary savings, including travel, entertainment, and events, reduced spend on third-party suppliers, in position of furloughs and part-time work schedules in impacted businesses.

And in addition, the $400 million includes a significant reduction in travel and entertainment and events, reduced spend on third-party suppliers, lower annual incentive compensation, imposition of furloughs, and part-time work schedules in impacted businesses and executive and staff compensation cuts.

So obviously there's a lot less activity around marketing, around travel and entertainment, around events.
