Yeah, I think, you know, we're very excited about the proposed increased stringency among the CARB program, you know, going from 20% in 2030 to a reduction of 30%. As you know, as you look at what CARB's model that sells, you know, in 24, I think they're around 110 per metric ton, and then going in 2026 to the 200,000 are meeting the cap. and then beyond that further. So I think that that's very positive in terms of credit prices. I think that it's very positive in terms of green premiums for us, and obviously we're very supportive of that. You know, there was another thing that CARB also proposed that I think that we're really excited about, and that's the LCFS obligation for intrastate flights. You know, I think that that would really support our SAF market, And when we come online in 2025, provide just additional demand, et cetera, from that program. And I believe that the jet market there is about 400 to 425 million gallons. So we're excited about both of those things. And I think that that's only good news for DGD and Darling.

And, you know, at the end of the day, you know, as John was reflecting back, a small portion or a third of Darling went to Basically, one and two have moved up to a little over half now, and with Valley and FASA, it's probably going to move up more. Clearly, the numbers, the law of big here says it has to go there. It'll be the best market. Now, keep in mind, it's an arm's length relationship, and the procurement teams are obligated to maximize profits, and profits are defined as both output, price, and quality. And so end of the day, you know, there's always going to be arbitrage opportunities. That's what we love about the business for some of our products. And many of the valley production was being exported. That's now being redirected into there. They weren't set up to load rail cars. So when I made my comments about operational challenges and efficiencies, that's what I'm talking about. And, you know, it was easy to send a truck to a tank terminal in Norfolk, and now you've got to load a rail car. That'll all happen over time. and that'll put more and more of Darling's product in here. I mean, we're not fearful at all of originating to support number three here. The team's been traveling the world, you know, and as John's always said, the moat around the business is that we can procure domestically and internationally with the ease. And so at the end of the day, you'll see probably a lot more come in on the water to us than in the past, and that'll help regulate things.

SG&A expense was higher by $6.4 million in the quarter, partially attributable to the higher cost related to COVID-19, certain insurance increases as we recently renewed our coverages across the business, and higher benefits, more than offsetting lower travel costs.
