That goes anywhere from good expense management, which the teams are actively working on today, and that's already taken place. They enforce actions such as reinsurance as well.

It just seems like you're going to be traveling well north of that target for some time unless you start redeploying that capital.

We're not changing any guidance, but if you look in this last quarter, we actually did travel up slightly higher than that particular ratio. I think as both Robin and I have said with A healthy balance sheet, as we have now, and the excess cash, that does enable us to look at opportunities. I mean, the most recent one we did, of course, 15 months or so ago, was Carvel. That really was a way to accelerate our strategy in the build-out of alts. That remains an area we're very interested in, and we remain very interested in wealth management and growing distribution in that size. So all I would say, Suneet, for the right deal at the right price and where we can see accretion for our shareholders, we would be very interested in looking at them. But it's not our strategy. Our strategy remains to build out those businesses. And if we see a way to accelerate it, we will certainly look at it.

Promotion servicing costs increased 19% in the third quarter due primarily to higher T&E, transfer fees, and higher marketing and firm meeting expenses. We expect travel and meeting-related expenses will continue to increase in the fourth quarter of 2021, though we note that business travel remains well below pre-COVID levels.

As an ongoing result of the pandemic, there will be a structural shift in how companies operate going forward. Of course, this means greater digitization of processes like electronic applications and reduction in certain corporate expenses like travel.

We saw some one-time benefits, but at Big piece of that, I would say 30% to 50% will remain, just as Mark pointed out in his remarks, that I think there's going to be less travel. There's going to be less real estate costs going forward.

But we can see, in addition to the $75 million, we can see additional one-off saves coming through this year because of COVID, less travel, less entertaining, et cetera.

As a result of strong expense focus and less travel, operating expenses are down 9% year over year, and we remain well on track for our $75 million net savings target.

Obviously, COVID has... hit travel and some of our incentive programs we typically have for advisors. So that has come off, as you would expect.
