Just this past quarter, ComEd and PECO were two of only six utilities to partner with local governments and community-based groups to win DOE support from its Clean Energy to Communities program. Through this program, ConMed will help explore low-carbon transportation technologies for Chicago, like freight travel electrification, while PECO will assist in creating a regional hub to streamline procurement of the most impactful clean energy technologies for the Delaware Valley region.
