Looking ahead to 2025, we see three primary avenues for reaching EBITDA profitability. First, increased revenue from acquisitions. In November 2024, we acquired MyHomeGroup, which will bring us about $110 million in revenue in 2025. We're also exploring additional acquisitions and walkovers of smaller brokerages. Second is through a higher gross profit. Our mortgage title and other ancillary services have been growing faster than our real estate revenue, enhancing cross-selling opportunities and strengthening our bottom line. And third is expense management through anticipated cost reductions of about $2 million on an annualized basis.
