Most, if not all, of our workers are kind of north of that. the bigger issue for us is quite frankly the pressure on e-commerce for similar types of jobs that being said we've been able to manage our our churn pretty pretty well and the one thing i've spent personally a fair amount of time traveling around the country as well as in europe and in in mexico speaking to our frontline staff many of whom we had to furlough during the depths of the crisis just to take the temperature.
