In Q2, we also had another existing customer expand from the US into Europe by leveraging TransacPay. Building on our long-standing relationship, Expensify is utilizing our expanded capabilities to bring its expense management card offering to the UK and EU. Expensify's European customers can now access the same spend management capabilities that have driven the rapid growth of its card offering in the US.

Yeah, I think, well, first, starting with BNPL, because obviously that was the real star last year. I mean, the business continues to grow really fast. As Patty said, it's still growing nearly 60%. The comps will get tougher as we go, so the growth rate will slow. But oftentimes when I look at lapping events, I really focus on the dollar growth as opposed to the growth rate. And I would say that growth is still really healthy. So although the growth rate will come down just because the base obviously got a lot bigger as we went through the year last year, but the overall growth of the business is still strong. I would say expense management is sort of very steady. It's just been growing really quickly. It accelerated the last couple of quarters. Each quarter, it's gotten a little stronger. And a lot of that just has to do with, again, our customers continuing to win share. And the more experience we get with the use case and the more scale that we demonstrate, the better it positions us to win additional pieces of business, right? It just sort of cements our status as a leader in that space. And so that also means we can attract new programs, new customers. So I would say if I was going to pick an outperformer, I guess, for the year, I'd probably maybe choose expense management. But generally speaking, you know, we're pretty good at predicting how the business is going to go.

In Q3, we signed one of our top five expense management customers we have supported in North America for many years to expand into Europe.

So the areas where we're seeing traction on the demand side, I'd say there are three areas. The first one is on the on the NEO banking side and brands who want to offer banking services to their constituents. That's one. The second one is in flexible payments. I put the Visa flexible credentials, our newly announced product Flex in that and co-brands. And last but not least, there's a lot of software companies that are in the finance automation, either AP automation, expense management, payroll management that are looking at the commercial banking suite and coming into us. And I'd say two-thirds of our pipeline right now, if I'm not mistaken, is embedded finance customers that have, I'd say, a large audience versus, I'd say, fintechs that are venture-funded and hoping to build an audience.

Our path to profitability, however, remains on track as adjusted EBITDA was two to three million better than expected due to continued execution of efficiency and optimization initiatives. Q3 TPV was $74 billion, a year-over-year increase of 30%. Non-block TPV grew more than 15 points faster than block TPV growth due to strength across a large number of customers and use cases. Our top 10 non-block customers grew over 30%, and our remaining non-block customers grew over 50% year-over-year. Financial services, lending, including buy now, pay later, and expense management, all grew at roughly the same rate for the third quarter in a row, slightly faster than the overall company. Financial services continues to deliver strong growth despite being, by far, our largest vertical. Block continues to flourish, and our newer neobanking and accelerated wage access customers are expanding rapidly, growing well over 100%, and are now contributing more than 10% of total company TPV. Lending, including buy now, pay later, continues to be aided by the adoption of our BNPL customers' Pay Anywhere card solutions, as well as customers utilizing our platform in support of SMB lending solutions. Expense management growth has been very steady each of the last three quarters, with several of our top customers maintaining robust growth fueled by new users. The growth of on-demand delivery, our most mature use case, slowed into the single digits this quarter.

And then you have, on the commercial side, these large marketplaces or aggregators that want to provide engagement to their suppliers, whether it's SMB, so on and so forth. And all these are coming to us and say, look, we need a solution that embeds this technology into our experience because we want an engagement play. We want not to have to deal with any program management or compliance thing, and we want a full solution in compensating credit, debit, buy now, pay later, working capital, expense management, this goes on and on, and we want to do it in the U.S. and across the globe.

Investing more in their business and having more time to execute and innovate rather than having them manage antiquated back office applications. This has driven the continued growth in expense management as TPV for this vertical grew slightly more than our average TPV growth during the quarter.
