Our efforts to right-size our T&E crew base have continued the first half of this year. We are now at a point at which the trainee pipeline has crested and will begin to taper down over the back half of the year. We are committed to maintaining an appropriately sized workforce to drive reliability and long-term resilience as part of our strategy.
