For the full year, we are reiterating our guidance that we provided at the ICR conference in early January. Our pricing plans for the year remain modest, assuming no outsized macro changes, as our overall price across all channels will be up approximately 3%. We are planning for low single-digit year-over-year inflation in food and paper costs after accounting for our supply chain strategies. Excluding these savings initiatives, food and paper cost inflation would be up mid to high single digits, with pressure led by uncertainty in beef pricing that represents approximately 30% of our blended food and paper basket. We expect labor inflation to be in the low single-digit range. We remain confident in continuing to achieve our three-year targets for fiscal 2025 to 2027 of total revenue growth in the low teens, system-wide unit growth in the low teens, restaurant-level profit margin expansion of at least 50 basis points per year, and adjusted EBITDA growth in the low to high teens range.

I think you've got to obviously lead with China. We've got a significant part of our business there. It goes without saying there's macroeconomic uncertainty in the region there. And that'll, you know, that'll decide ultimate pace of our openings as well as what our, where our shacks align to for sales. So that's really the region you're looking at. Obviously that, what happens in China also spills out into our other Asian businesses through Korea, Japan, through various travel and economic indications. So that'll be something, I think that's probably the biggest uncertainty as we look at our licensed business. Obviously the Middle East has some, fair amount of uncertainty as well right now and will. But that's what my comments were really looking at. I think it's a little bit of an unknown as to how that part of our business will grow in this next coming year.

So on other aspects, we did have a lower, we did have a benefit from a lower delivery mix in the quarter. But we also had some, you know, pretty good savings on things like R&M and lower T&E expenses. which contributed to that outperformance in the quarter.

Our airports and new shacks in New Jersey and upstate New York are thriving and capitalizing on busy summer travel patterns.

Major call-outs here are better alignment on new standards and demand-generated labor schedules, further increasing operating hours, driving waste reduction, T&E discipline, and other initiatives.

And I think we're just continuing to see some of that trend that benefits Shake Shack, some of the things that we were most hit on, whether it's urban or offices, tourism, travel, the kind of way people move, those things continue to improve and general mobility for us.

We continue to expand our global footprint as only the Shack brand can do. We're unlocking new regions and formats with the introduction of development agreements in Israel and Canada, as well as new Shacks opening in roadside travel plazas throughout the US.

Strong holiday demand and travel benefited our licensed SHACs. However, licensed sales saw significant impact from COVID pressures in China and pressures from the stronger U.S. dollar.

Higher T&E expenses to help support team members.

We are planning for elevated T&E expense for the foreseeable future as we support some new upcoming openings, but long-term, we are targeting more normalized travel costs to support openings and expect this expense line to reach more typical levels we have shown in prior years.

We expect other operating expense as a percent of SHAC sales in the fourth quarter to be at a similar level to the third quarter, given inflationary pressures on cost to run our restaurants, including higher utilities and R&M expenses, and elevated T&E to support new openings.

On the T&E to support the new opening side, look, we're expecting a handful, several of openings to require kind of this added support level, but, you know, there's a wide range of uncertainty there.
