The search environment is really tough. As you know, I didn't talk about our pipeline of availabilities in our last quarterly call. Pretty much froze up. And we had ended the year with a very, very strong pipeline. We didn't really lose anything. It's just that stuff didn't move. And travel definitely makes it harder to see the consultants and cultivate relationships in this business.
