The airlines have talked about their stress. as international travel in the United States dissipates. But it will go somewhere. So Canadians will go to Europe or they'll go to the Caribbean. They may not come here. They're the number one tourist in the United States. And the Europeans will probably stay in Europe and frequent Greece and other locations rather than come to visit us.

The service sector remains strong, there's no doubt. The travel remains strong. We'll see how long this can continue, but it does defy most logic, and obviously employment is solid, and that is what's keeping the economy alive, but the Fed seems adamant to increase unemployment, and so you see this inverted yield curve.

Yeah, I don't think our hotel portfolio at the moment represents any exposure to the company. Jeff will tell you that we haven't had any losses in our hotel book. Um, you know, the market valuation of these assets has been astonishing. I mentioned in my comments that, you know, you're seeing hotels traded four caps and five caps. And I just don't think the big urban boxes are going to get back to 2019 levels for quite some time. And at the same time, while your revenues are not there, your, your property taxes are rising. Your costs are going up, labor costs are going up if you can find labor.
