We continue to make structural cost reductions across our legacy operations. Our expense management trend has been improving throughout the year. In first quarter, expenses were up 1% year over year. In second quarter, we improved to flat, as we started to benefit from our initial cost reductions. Now, in third quarter, we achieved a 2% reduction year over year.
