I guess first of all, great to see the NIM expanding after obviously dropping several quarters in a row. Just curious, you benefited from a lower cost of deposits. Assuming no Fed rate decreases this quarter, do you think you can you know, still drive that cost of deposits down this quarter based on sort of what repricing trends you're seeing?
