This increase was driven primarily by a $15.6 million increase in people-related costs as we expanded our headcount with key hires in medical affairs and commercial positions, inclusive of share-based compensation, as well as an increase of $9.7 million related to the build out of the commercial and information technology infrastructures, marketing and market development expenses, and costs associated with our medical affairs team's increased presence at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
