As part of our strategy to grow Chinese demand, we are increasing our itinerary offerings. For example, this year, we introduced new ocean voyages in Europe, tailored for the Chinese travelers aboard the Viking Idun.

Hi, good morning, Steve. Thanks for the question. So we have not, as far as future seasons, you know, we have not turned to pricing promotions. I just wanted to level set, you know, that the pricing dynamics is pretty nuanced. And also we are comparing to a year, you know, 2025 that has, that was pretty steep and we acknowledge that it was pretty steep. So the pricing yield curve is, really is dependent on what inventory has been sold, meaning what season, whether it's high or low, what cabin category and what itinerary mix. So what we are seeing with almost 40% of our 2026 capacity being sold as of May 11th is that our consumer is very resilient and they are willing to travel and they are willing to book in advance. You know, when we look at the current macroeconomic outlook, if it remains steady, and if we combine that with a strong trajectory of demand in recent weeks that we've seen, we feel pretty confident that pricing will evolve toward mid-single-digit increases alongside our planned capacity growth. So we don't see a concern there.

As our capacity grows, I find it relevant to talk about our crew and our fleet. First, I will note that we have a fantastic crew, which has earned us more awards than any other travel company on the rivers or oceans. Most importantly, our crew is a significant reason that we receive high satisfaction ratings from our guests.

We are in a unique position that we have a strong database, a big database, so you can say we, contrary to people who depend on travel agents to generate demand, we also have travel agents, but we can generate demand ourselves. Not out of thin air, but out of the database we have. And I think that's very, very valuable. That may cost us a little bit more marketing, but at least we have that ability and we have a strong financial position.

This past quarter, I traveled to Egypt and China, and I would like to share some updates on these unique regions. First, let's focus on Egypt on slide eight. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was in Luxor for the naming of our two newest vessels for the Nile River, the Viking Hathor and the Viking Sobek. These beautiful ships can accommodate 82 guests each, and I believe that they offer the most elegant way to navigate the Nile. This addition brings our Egypt count to six ships, and we have four more under construction to be delivered by 2026. Although Egypt represents a small portion of our total capacity in the low single digits for 2025, it is a destination of great interest for our guests. For example, our 12-night Pharaohs and Pyramids itinerary offers our guests a fascinating and culturally rich experience that garners demand and strong yields. We are frankly very pleased to be able to offer this highly distinctive product. This quarter, I also traveled to Shanghai, If you now flip to the next slide, you will see that as it pertains to China and the Asian market in general, we have adopted a unique approach rooted in a couple of core principles, which include destination-focused experiences and single language environment on board. So let's begin by addressing our ocean cruises in Asia for English-speaking guests. In September, we celebrated our return to China with Viking Yidun, offering exclusive itineraries and access to rarely visited destinations. China is a fascinatin

These results speak to the strength of our One Viking brand and give us confidence that our core consumer demographic continues to show financial resiliency, prioritizing travel, and actively seeking enriching memorable experiences.

So, for example, in search of Northern Lights, you wouldn't expect, you would not expect that we, you know, people would want to go there in the off-season, but they do. Then they look for the Northern Lights, and then also in the Med, where they're in the quiet season, which our guests also appreciate. So, given just the type of demographic and the People that are drawn to our products, they know that, you know, in times where you wouldn't necessarily think people would travel to certain regions, that's when they know it's best to go. So based on just that difference, we feel that there's ample opportunity for our oncoming fleet.

Vikings started in 1997 with four river vessels and a vision that travel should be more about the destination and also more about the local culture. We saw an opportunity to create a high-end travel experience for guests who seek more than just a vacation. And that we should also appeal to mature individuals who want to learn more about history, art, and the culture of the places they visit. Over the past 27 years, Viking has grown into one of the world's leading travel companies, expanding our fleet from those four river vessels to 92 state-of-the-art ships, which we view as floating hotels. And we've built our travel platform from river cruises to ocean voyages to expeditions to the end of the world, and also in the US on the Mississippi River.
