Turning to slide 11, other operating expenses as adjusted were $29.8 million, down $1.5 million, or 5%, reflecting ongoing expense management and the annual grant to the Board of Directors in the prior quarter. As a percentage of revenues, other operating expenses declined 90 basis points sequentially and by 80 basis points over the comparable prior year period.
