The System of Action queue: ranked do-next moves for the top of your board, each with its canonical entity_id, a sentence, the headline quote, and the artifact that opens it when there is one. `sentence` is the row's why_it_matters, a DERIVED sentence (why_it_matters_is_derived is always true): it is why the account ranks, never words the company said, and must not be put in quotation marks. WHAT IS QUOTABLE: `quote` only when quote_is_quotable is true; then quote_receipt is the receipt of the one receipted statement it was cut from and artifact_url_or_text is the link that opens it. When quote_is_quotable is false, artifact_url_or_text and quote_receipt are null and quote_receipt_note says nothing on the row is quotable. The verbatim statements with their receipts come from get_signals(ticker), named on the row as verbatim_statement_from. Pass entity to scope to one account.
