Rows of fin45.future_events_changes on your book accounts after change_id `cursor`: CHANGE_KIND (insert, update, delete), CHANGED_AT, TICKER, REPORT_DATE, CHANGED_COLUMNS, BEFORE_ROW, AFTER_ROW. Keep next_cursor and pass it back next time; nothing is consumed server side.
