So Q2 revenue was understandably soft given, you know, the heavier quarter for travel activity, lower marketing spend, and the one-time bulk comp.

As part of our other management initiatives, we implemented a reduction in corporate overhead and administrative expenses, such as consulting and recruiting fees and travel and entertainment expenses.

Average orders per customer slightly declined sequentially from 4.9 to 4.8 due to the seasonal uptick in travel in the quarter. Travel also drove a decline in total customers to 323,000.

I would note that we have some subscribers who chose not to order during the quarter for budgetary and travel reasons, and therefore are not included in our customer count for the second quarter.

Average revenue per customer was $328, up 2% from last quarter and down slightly from the prior year as the increase in average order value was offset by a slight decrease in order frequency, which we largely attribute to the continued post-pandemic acceleration of travel that we're seeing around the country.

We achieved this despite the backdrop of high travel levels due to the end-of-summer pent-up demand as evidenced by travel being cited by customers as the greatest driver of cycle skips in the third quarter and at the highest level we've seen since we started tracking the data.

I believe this comparison is all the more relevant given that our customers cited traveling as a reason to skip an order at the highest percentage we've seen since we began tracking the metric. Higher than both Q3 2020 and even Q3 2019.

I guess, is it largely sort of travel recovery, or are you seeing any other reasons driving that?

What we did see was a significant travel impact, which is where we see most of that impact in our customer number, which are customers that are coming back to the business as well after they return from travel. So that was primarily the reason.
