So, you know, when we think about 2026, the biggest expense will continue to be our midnight program. So next year we'll be producing and deploying additional aircraft. As we've talked about earlier, we balance where we deploy these aircraft, you know, between UAE, EICP, flight tests and other opportunities. Some of those opportunities will be generating cash and they'll net these expenses we've talked about. But, you know, when we think about beyond this core program, we expect to invest in our defense and software development as well. So first for the defense program, we do plan to leverage a large portion of the existing resources we have, as well as the test infrastructure. But we do expect to invest incrementally to support the program, which again locks a lot of the value and big defense contracts that Adam's talked about. For software, we'll be again investing to build a product which could generate revenues in the future. Timing of that is still to be determined, and we'll talk about it closer to the time when we get there. And then, of course, finally, you know, we talked about the Hawthorne acquisition today. We'll be integrating that into our business next year, which is, again, generating revenues and will be generating margin. So we'll be incorporating that into our financial results for next year.

Thanks, David. know as you saw earlier in the call uh we talked about our q1 range of spending which you saw probably within the range of 95 to 110 million dollars and you know that you can see the spending is uh that range is similar to what we provided last quarter beyond that we don't typically give annual guidance uh but let me walk you through how we think about what plays out in the coming quarters so uh firstly as adam mentioned we're seeing a lot of opportunities to deploy the aircraft that we're building through our revenue generating opportunity in the launch edition program And so to execute to that, we're growing our team of pilots, maintenance staff, flight test engineers. And to be set up for success, we need to invest in that part of the business.

In support of the efforts that Adam and Tom have outlined, our spending for the year will focus on building our fleet of six piloted conforming aircraft, of which we have already begun the first three, completing our high volume manufacturing facility in Covington, Georgia, continuing to invest in supplier capabilities to support our component manufacturing at their sites, and continuing to add to our workforce for critical functions in support of our engineering, certification, and flight test efforts, bringing up our scaled manufacturing, and investing in our other support and infrastructure teams to enable our planned commercialization.

Yeah, I think I'd talk to you through a framework, Sabi. So as I outlined, our spending is generally covered in four buckets. We've got people, parts, non-recurring investments at vendors and CapEx. And given our reliance on Tier 1 suppliers and program maturity, our headcount growth should be more modest this year than in the past. The increase in costs in parts related to conforming flight test vehicles and NREs Those are more one-time in nature. And so you should expect to see our quarterly run rate come down in the second half. And when I say run rate, I mean the range that I provided for Q1. You could see that contract in the second half of the year.

On the heels of the UAE initiative, I'm excited about our announcement earlier today that Archer and Interglobe Enterprise will India's foremost air travel and hospitality conglomerate, plan to launch an electric air taxi service together across India in 2026. Earlier this week in New Delhi, my team held a signing ceremony with Rahul Bhatia, the Group Managing Director of Interglobe, to announce our plans to work with Interglobe to bring safe, sustainable, and low-noise electric air taxi services to some of the most highly populated cities in the world. As part of the initiative, we will work with Interglobe to set up an entity that will work with select in-country business partners to operate Archer's aircraft, enhance and build vertiport infrastructure, and train pilots and other personnel needed for these operations. Interglobe and Archer also anticipate the purchase of up to 200 of our midnight aircraft as we bring up operations. India is an incredibly important market for eVTOL. And it has the potential to be one of the largest in the world, with Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai being our initial focus, where congestion costs cities over $22 billion annually.

So, yeah, we are very excited about the partnership that we announced with Rahul Bhatia and Interglobe. Interglobe is India's largest travel conglomerate and its largest owner of Indigo, which is the market-leading airline in India, and I believe the ninth largest airline in the world by passenger volume.

When we take a step back, we think some of the flight control system work And battery systems and electric motor side are some of the really important areas to really get right for this new type of aircraft to bring to market. And we're steadfast in making sure that we're highly disciplined and working with the right groups and doing things right internally to bring an aircraft to market as soon as possible that hits our, you know, safety and cost and noise considerations.
