In addition to driving growth, we're investing in the foundational structures that support our business, especially around IT systems and data infrastructure. To give you an example of some of the current initiatives, we are in the process of updating and implementing the CRM platforms, travel management software, developing various dashboards, tools for key financial and operational metrics and KPIs.

And as we've kind of gone into this week here and leading up this call with the senior team and kind of hearing and talking about what we're doing in business and the travels that we've done throughout the second quarter, there's a lot of energy and excitement.
