I would say the biggest change that we've seen over the course of the last two years is more conviction amongst users users of office space to, as they try to bring their teams back, to focus and emphasize on the highest quality properties. And you're really seeing the flight to quality accelerate. And companies who are excited to bring their teams back want to, again, create an environment that their teams are excited to spend their day together.
