In addition, international issues Demand for some of our big destinations are affected by security concerns, including the security incident in Puerto Vallarta during the previous quarter, as well as various travel and battery issues by the U.S. government as a result.

So what we saw is, I would say, a temporary effect of some passengers that didn't fly during the World Cup because of the airfares, for sure. And we just see some kind, I would say, a substitution Let me put it this way. The passenger, the business traffic that usually comes to Guadalajara or even Tijuana was in some way changed. The seat was changed or taken by fans or by people coming for all for the matches.

Tijuana was also, in fact, given its stronger reliance on a cross-border travel, as roughly 75% of CBX users are U.S.-based passengers accessing domestic flights to Mexican tourist destinations.

And secondly, you know, on the traffic outlook that you have, you know, there's a host of domestic global factors at play negatively impacting demand for travel. Just can you frame it a little bit in terms of your 2% to 6% guidance? I mean, you know, how you think about it and when do you think we could see a more meaningful recovery there?

But the other part that I think we are still seeing is a summer that will come at least on the leisure with some additional seeds. While we are expecting that, on past years during some of these kind of geopolitical crisis, the U.S. passenger is trying to fly more over the neighborhood and the area of the neighborhood could be Cabos or Vallarta. Rather, they will go to Europe or other kind of more long-haul travel. So, what we are expecting in some ways, some additional seats for the summer on those markets.

Mainly, our concerns include the stricter U.S. migration and enforcement policies under the current administration, which tends to discourage travel among the BFI international passenger space.

Looking ahead, we remain cautiously optimistic, while peso volatility and U.S. macroeconomics conditions may impact discretionary travel.

As Canadian travelers distance themselves from the U.S. destinations such as Florida and California, For example, they might likely redirect their vacation plans toward Mexican beaches and the Caribbean, whereby the airlines would be inclined to rebalance their network.

I would say that today we are working on consolidation of all these business of cargo facilities and fiscal areas. Let me begin with Alajara. We are working on how we consolidate this business. We are working how to, I would say, increase the margins and working on the cost. But in the other hand, we are also beginning to review other different opportunities related with this same kind of business. At the end of the day, the best way to understand this movement on the cargo facility business is related to have that gap has like a platform to increase or to generate new business related with logistics. On this year, we will work really hard to try to bring some additional optimization of the cost on this new business, but also we are working to the next movement through that acquisition, trying to bring new cargo terminal facilities on some of our work. I will say that we are reviewing for the moment, some opportunities that could come from Bajio, for instance, related with the automotive market. Also, we are reviewing some kind of opportunities for Tijuana. Even for the case of Puerto Vallarta and Cabos, that is a really specific market related with with the specific cargo related to hotels. So we are working on that.

Yes. This is Saul. Your questions about the cost side, as we explained already, we have some affectation in terms of labor law, not only in Mexico, but also in Jamaica. And we are having additional cost and pressure in terms of inflation. Besides that, once we have more spaces and more areas operating, that we have in Guadalajara airport with the different expansions, the cost will be increasing. The operation of the tail also implies a cost of operation. Just have in mind that the margin in the hotel is around 35%. So it's different at the margin that we have. So it dilutes the margin we have. And we have additional costs in maintenance and additional costs in terms of the electricity. So the tariffs are increasing in Mexico and also are increasing significantly in Jamaica. So we have pressure for all the sites in terms of the operation.
