We have a strong track record of disciplined operational management, and in the event of a meaningful downturn, we're prepared to pull additional spending levers to mitigate the impact on our cash flows. Variable compensation would automatically adjust, and depending on the magnitude of the downturn, we would also curtail planned hires, look at backfilling attrition, marketing spend, travel spend, et cetera.
