In terms of efficiency, yeah, we had a reduction in headcount in December of about 5% of the workforce. And as we go into this year, we've, you know, announced a 90-day hiring freeze, a budget freeze on that, only material, you know, imperative business travel for, you know, customer and employee customer engagement.
