We feel very confident that we're on track to that. Now, some of that's gonna be margin improvement. Some of that is because we had visibility from our work in the second half of 2025, which was going to be expense management execution of expense management initiatives that we were designing this year that we would see benefit this year from. And obviously those are margin enhancing.

We are also tackling expense management more structurally in anticipation of the next few years.

Yeah, structurally, Whit really refers to the notion that we are looking - As opposed to what I would describe as more traditional annual expense management, we're looking, as we've talked about over the past year, more thoroughly at the deployment of technology, basically, that allows us more expense reduction opportunities, and that includes application of those technologies in our global business center.

Just to drill down a little further on the Q3 results, I think in the prepared remarks, you're saying, Tom, that July was where you saw a lot of this hit on the quarantine clinicians, I guess, that drove you to take on these travelers. temp staff, a lot of those assignments are 12 weeks. So I'm wondering, by the end of the quarter, did you have excess travel nurse supply that you really didn't need? And did that just basically roll off? And how much of a tailwind would that be for the fourth quarter?

As labor rates come down on the contract side, and in particular, as more and more traction is built on hiring of more full-time staff in this environment, and to the point made earlier, travelers decrease, we'll have the ability to open up those units and deliver that volume on a profitable basis, and we'll assess that hospital by hospital and do so.

On the labor front, I'm curious, do you get a sense that your employed, you know, nurse workforce is stabilizing, that they're not seeking, you know, as many of these travel tours, as we'll call them, or do you think there's a new normal where nurses may be more willing to travel than they have in the past, right? They've been exposed to it. They've seen it. Now maybe that continues at sort of elevated levels, you know, relative to pre-pandemic.

I mean, you've just got to diversify the approach and tighten up the operations. I'm sure we'll see some inflationary pressure, you know, from this prolonged... you know, traveling nurse market going into the fourth quarter and next year. I mean, I think our plan is, you know, we've just got to accept that and figure out how to manage through it.

To your first question, the primary example that would maybe help illustrate what I was speaking about, You know, we've had pre-pandemic, what we call the TRA, the tenant resource agency, that we've invested now in building up. And what we can do with that is that, you know, there are a segment of nurses that seek, let's just call it more stable type travel arrangements, you know, months at a time, et cetera, that we can invest in and bring on board and then deploy to into our markets when we have a need.

From a traveling wage perspective, you know, it's really the areas of the ICU, a little bit the ERs, and some of the specialty areas like operating rooms and procedure rooms where you don't have as much reserve in the staff where the pressure is highest.
