18% travel is still low is 12%. As I mentioned earlier, we wish that when we'll grow, grow faster and, and then the size of the pie getting bigger.

Now, one of the things that we know is that travel has been very low in both 2020 and 2021. So, if we think about the guidance that I've given for 2022 and the margin profile, we do anticipate an increase in travel expense compared to the very low 2021. We would see this come through gross margin, so non-client travel and maybe just a little bit of client travel, as well as SG&A.

You mentioned lower travel expenses than expected, so maybe some of that comes back in as well. You know, just how should we kind of think about it broadly for now?

So, as you mentioned, we have delivered strong margin performance this year, and we expect that to continue. Our value proposition and our premium services are definitely resonating in the market. And we've talked already about how we are investing in our talent, as well as expanding our offerings and our capabilities. We also focus a lot on the fundamentals of our operations, and we can see that certainly in the year-to-date gross margin of 45%. But you mentioned travel costs, and definitely travel costs have been very low in 2021. And we do anticipate increases in travel in the coming year.
