steadybase.io is a marketing website for steadybase, the Agent Operating System. The site provides information about the platform, its apps, research, and the Agents as a Service offering. Content on this site is for informational purposes.

Agents as a Service

Agents as a Service engagements are governed by a separate service agreement executed between steadybase and the customer. The terms on this page apply to the marketing website only, not to the platform or any deployed agent workforce.

Intellectual property

All content on steadybase.io -- text, design, code, and graphics -- is owned by steadybase unless otherwise noted. Research citations and quotes are attributed to their original sources. You're welcome to link to any page on the site.

The Max chat

The Max chat interface on the Agents as a Service page is powered by AI. Max is an AI agent, not a human. Information you share with Max is used to qualify your inquiry and may be shared with Andrew McGuire to facilitate a follow-up conversation. Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or financial data through the chat.

Limitation of liability

steadybase provides this site "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of content, or results from using any described product or service. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the amount you paid to access it, which is $0.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
