Yeah, so if you're looking at SG&A, you know, there are a couple of items that are making that really pop in the second quarter. First of all, you know, we do have some seasonal costs in there with our National Youth Client Conference. That takes place in May of every year. And as much as we'd love to be able to smooth that cost out throughout the year, the costs have to be booked when they're actually incurred, and that all happens in the second quarter. And I think that was for, you know, somewhere between $1.2 and $1.3 million in SG&A. And frankly, the rest of the SG&A cost increase in the second quarter was really all EBITDA neutral stuff from non-recurring charges, partly related to the severance event that Chris mentioned on the voluntary early retirement program.

Last week, we hosted our national client conference in Orlando. And while we're not quite back to pre-COVID levels, we did see an increase in attendance this year, where nearly 700 EHR customers joined us in Florida, with C-suite attendance doubling to an all-time high. I believe this turnout reflects our focus and investment on building partnerships and fostering relations with our customers since I took over as CEO. Our client conference also represents another great opportunity to highlight the value our RCM solution can bring to our existing EHR customers. With workforce issues still prevalent and budgets tight for rural hospitals, attending events like this aren't easy for our customers, and I genuinely appreciate everyone who is able to participate.

Second, the past quarter saw significant expansion in our sales and marketing costs, increasing $2.4 million from the second quarter of 2021, excluding the impact of M&A. This includes almost $1 million related to our national client conference held in person this year for the first time since the onset of the pandemic. This increased investment is necessary to capitalize on the TrueBridge growth opportunity and to maintain our recent momentum in bookings.
