And then just one more. Anything to call out in terms of business-related travel? Are you seeing any weakness there? I mean, we hear a lot of complaints. We hear complaints, especially in Las Vegas. The Canadians aren't coming. We hear that in Florida as well. But in so many places, of our major cities, there's someone eating all this food. So I think there's lots of domestic tourism still. And in the Middle East, they continue to have great tourism. So we hear noise, but we look at our results, and we're really happy with them.

I don't think, you know, we see anything... going into the summer, you know, hopefully we don't have the kind of volatility or significant international travel impact that we had last summer, but, you know, obviously we can't predict that right now.

From the street perspective, I think we always see some new people. What we hear from all our leaders is, again, everything is so expensive today. When you hire people, the benefits are really expensive. If you put them on the road, car expenses are very expensive. I think our view is, you know, continue to use technology to free our team up. And I think that it's going, you know, more and more into, you know, what I call a team cell.

The third quarter business activity improves sequentially within the quarter, following a softer than expected July and August, primarily due to the placement of the Fourth of July holiday observed higher than anticipated overseas travel.

All we kept hearing from our better customers were their customers were in Europe. So it was still that revenge travel, I think. You look at all the airlines and everything that was happening at the airports with the unbelievable exodus of Americans going to Europe and everywhere else they were going. So We felt it was just still a rebalancing from COVID, what we felt we saw during the summer. And as we started getting into September, we saw a big normalization again of, you know, what kind of forecast we had. And it continued into October and hopefully it continues for the rest of the year. And it's going to be a pretty strong season.

Yeah, I think we've been progressing very well. I think you've seen a lot of productivity improvement from us and from other companies. in the industry throughout the comeback out of COVID. Everybody's doing more with less. I know we have a great operations team. We're constantly implementing new loading and picking and warehouse technology process. We're constantly improving our distribution software and technology. And so we have an operations team that travels around the country educating and implementing our operators on on these improvements we've already started to work with our our new partners in the Middle East on various pieces of their operations and then you know Chris talked about the facilities and building new facilities and doing tuck-in acquisitions we get we get leverage as we grow by consolidating companies into our facilities consolidating routes and And that allows us to leverage our fixed cost corporate infrastructure as we bring those companies onto our backbone from a systems perspective, from all of the support functions perspective. We get to leverage that as we grow as well.

And we're really pleased to see that, you know, spending continued and, you know, A lot of events finally are happening. A lot of conferences are happening, and business travel is picking up. So we're very pleased to see how the new year started.

There's still a lot of demand for travel. And we're starting to see that, you know, a lot of the industry, a lot of our customers last year who probably did better in the summer because nobody was traveling. And this year I think is more normalized. You know, people are traveling, you know, a tremendous amount of people, you know, have the, have the means are, you know, going to Europe or going on trips that were postponed for years.

And then at the same time, we're starting to see events being planned. You know, we're starting to see a lot of meetings put back on the board. And I think we're, you know, we should continue to benefit, you know, from the reopening, you know, of the world and people getting back into, you know, the meeting mode and business travel and, you know, weddings, you know, happening left and right.

But at the same time, you know, we're traveling the world looking for products that a high quality that needs less labor.

And although we've stopped kind of officially reporting our percentages compared to 2019, we're still trending above 2019 as prices have remained firm and volume is starting to build back. We're still missing, obviously, the travel-related and hospitality-related volume. As we mentioned when we provided our guidance earlier in the year, We don't expect that to be fully back until the end of 22 and into 23, so there's a lot of upside in the future from that business coming back as we haven't even modeled that in to our guidance for 22.

My position is telling the troops start hiring, start interviewing. I think it's going to be an extremely busy spring, summer, and hopefully just going to continue to build because of all the pent-up demand. What we're seeing is people want to get out. We're seeing shows, booking. We're seeing a lot of bookings for... you know, events and hospitality. So I think today New York just announced that they're getting rid of their mask mandates. You know, they're looking at the requirement for vaccines, you know, to show them to get into restaurants. So we're really optimistic that, you know, a big sense of normality is coming back. And what we're seeing in the warmest states and people that are starting to travel again, we're seeing no hold back in spending.
