We also made incremental technology investments, call that about $7 million, and had some continued inflation on T&E, call that about $3 million, which in total used about 50 basis points.

And then we also made some incremental technology investments, call that around $7 million, and some continued inflation on T&E, call that about $5 million, which in total used about 60 basis points.

All those maybe five to eight million dollars a quarter that would use maybe twenty to fifty basis points of margin expansion again These are ranges Follow that bridge for the full year and that gets you back to the sixty to eighty basis points of FX Adjusted margin expansion for the year So then you layer in buck and that would get you down to that that margin expansion that that that you mentioned there So I hope that bridge and I don't have a crystal ball. It's not January of next year and But it's those type of ranges. You get some from investment income. You get a lot from organic. Some goes back because of T&E and the rolling impact. That's a little impact and we're making some investments. So, you know, if we ended up the year and ignore Buck being up 60 to 80 basis points, knowing me in January next year, I'd probably point out that we would have expanded margins 600 basis points in five years. And knowing my personality, I probably would say that I still would feel confident that we would have more and more productivity opportunities as we look forward.

The normalization of Omicron T&E expenses and inflation on all T&E cost us 80 basis points.

You know, we got to think about the normalization of the Omicron T&E expenses, and then maybe some inflation on other T&E throughout the year.

I think the footnote on that is explaining where it's coming from, mostly travel and entertainment, some consulting use and investments in technology. So I would say it's probably half of that increase is investments and half of it's just the inflation that we're seeing in travel and consulting costs on that. I think the next question was, How am I seeing that vis-a-vis next year? Remember, we were still in the Omicron portion of the pandemic in the first quarter, so we are going to see a little more travel and entertainment expense return in our first quarter, but we don't see it being up significantly in the second, third, and fourth quarters.

But, yes, when you have a capital situation where you need to increase the pricing and you can add - cat loads on other lines of coverage, you'll do that when you have to. Now, again, I can't say to you that this is exactly what Travelers or Hartford did in this year given this situation or what have you. I can't take you back to Andrew or something like that or even Katrina. But what the team is telling me is that it's very likely, given the dearth of capacity and the need because of supply and demand imbalance, the need for more rate. that there are other lines you're selling that are likely to take an advance as well.

You probably can call it $6 million is raise impact, and then you get down to, you know, about $8 million left over. That's probably, you know, take a third of that and call it increased professional fees that we're spending. A third of that would be T&E travel, and a third of that would be client entertainment.
