We expect 1 to 1.1 billion of investment spending in 26, similar to 2025 spending excluding Citizen M. Let me talk about the three broad buckets of investments. First, around 25% is related to renovations to owned and leased hotels. Second, roughly 35% to 40% is expected to come from continued spending on our digital tech transformation, the overwhelming portion of which is expected to be reimbursed over time, as well as other corporate systems. The remaining 35% to 40% is expected investment in our contracts for both existing units, typically used in connection with valuable contract renewals, extensions, or renovations that result in incremental fee revenue over time, and for new units as we continue to expand our global portfolio.

By region, RevPAR growth was strongest in APEC, which has been benefiting from solid macroeconomic growth in many countries and double-digit rooms growth. We expect a billion to 1.1 billion of investment spending in 2025. There are three major areas of expected spending that are each around a third of this total. The first bucket, is another year of higher than historical investment in technology. Over half of this investment is associated with the multi-year transformation of our property management, reservations, and loyalty systems, the overwhelming portion of which is expected to be reimbursed over time. So you are seeing global travel preferences, not just U.S. travelers. Interestingly, our U.S. proportion... of domestic travelers has been remarkably consistent over time, where, you know, it was for many years, it was roughly only 5% are from outside the U.S., and that the domestic business is overwhelmingly 95% U.S. traveler, and that is still the case now.
