To a large extent, much of the margin compression is due to planned costs, such as our geographic expansion, choosing to recruit in good time ahead of projected growth in the peak summer travel season and in keeping strong support and shared service staff ratios. We also continue to invest in initiatives such as the Digital CX Center of Excellence and TDCX AI, our in-house consulting arm. We run our business for the long term and believe these investments are necessary.

So as much as we can say that maybe the price won't have erosion, but the revenue per employee may have because of the flight to lower-cost locations wherever possible. And that's quite a natural strategy in a moment like this of our clients looking for efficiencies. So I think, yeah, you'll see possibly in the industry clients looking to move away from, let's say, the U.S. into the Philippines. So it's a positive for us. We're not in the U.S., or in India or in Colombia to do cost optimization. But we may also be impacted by clients looking for lower cost location that we can provide in Asia Pacific as well.

This was driven by strong contributions from clients across key verticals, in particular the travel and hospitality space, as well as from our new geographies, as mentioned earlier.

Our quarterly revenues for travel and hospitality are now back to the pre-pandemic levels. However, there is still room for us to grow, in particular when the North Asian travel starts to reopen.

On the OCX front, we've seen growth in the travel industry. quite significant growth on the travel, 29% up. We expect this to continue to grow, and next year we'll see whether China comes into play for us as well as a possibility, no indications as we all know. FinTech was growing at double-digit growth in our OCX space, We have a number of our clients in that space that are growing at double our growth, and that's also a bright spot. So I'm still very confident that CX next year will grow still at a good pace.

We've had quite a summer as well on the travel and hospitality business with a significant increase here at 29% up. And some of the business experience 100% growth on the travel side as well.

Now, in terms of revenue contribution from verticals of travel and hospitality, including our airline clients, continued its recovery trajectory and was up 25% compared to Q2 2021. Our revenue from travel and hospitality is now higher compared to Q2 2021. We're still some 16% below our peak order in this space in 2019. There's still some room for us to grow, and this will depend on the output of global and especially Asian travel. The prospect of North Asia travel reopening is an exciting one, of course, but this is not confirmed yet as I speak.
